Electrical & Generator Service Inquiries

Identify the equipment and work needed

Tell the office whether the request concerns existing electrical work, a generator or a planned upgrade. Provide model information when safely available and describe the issue without opening electrical compartments or attempting repairs.

Treat generator planning as a project

For a generator inquiry, explain the property and what you want the system to support. Ask the team to confirm which equipment and services it handles, installation requirements and any other professionals or approvals involved. No generator brand affiliation is claimed here.

Confirm qualifications for the actual scope

The HVAC license referenced elsewhere on the website should not be read as proof of a separate electrical credential. Confirm the responsible professional and requirements for the requested job with Honest Air before scheduling.

Do not use an inquiry as an emergency response

This website does not provide emergency dispatch or do-it-yourself electrical instructions. For immediate electrical danger or a suspected fuel leak, leave the affected area and contact the appropriate emergency service or utility.

Before you contact the team

• Electrical or generator work and equipment type
• The property address and project goal
• Any access, authorization or project requirements

Confirm the service address

Honest Air is based in Saraland and serves residential and commercial customers in the Mobile area. Describe the address, equipment and requested work so the office can confirm coverage and availability. Service scope can vary by equipment and project.
